The Manhattan casino bid is gaining momentum as real estate mogul Larry Silverstein teams up with Rush Street Gaming to create an entertainment hub on the Far West Side of Manhattan.Known for his work on the World Trade Center site, Silverstein Properties is proposing a dynamic 46-story mixed-use complex called The Avenir located strategically at 11th Avenue and 41st Street.
